I use a mind-body approach with my clients to help them decrease physical and mental stressors in their lives while working to improve their core function, realign their posture and increase their mobility. My philosophy is that pain and dysfunction in our bodies is not only due to poor physical health but also to our mental and emotional stress. With 15 years experience as a trainer, I have specialized in the 55+ population drawing from a variety of modalities that include: strength training, Yoga, Core and Pelvic Floor Conditioning, Somatic Stretching and Breath work to put together a program that fits my clients’ lifestyles. I strive to make every session with a client educational, challenging and fun.

My highest value is to teach people how to use movement to help them connect with their bodies- Work through chronic pain, past injuries, and restrictions so that they can live their best lives and attain their fitness goals.
