Training smarter to be stronger”– this philosophy took me from a serious knee injury back to good health, and into this rewarding career. Since 2008 I have guided beginner and advanced clients to carry their bodies with a revitalized strength, look, energy, and posture which improves their sport (mobility for golf), daily activities (lifting grandkids), and helps them achieve milestones (climbing mountains)! These are the results of muscle imbalance correction, proper technique, functional core strengthening, realistic goals, and individualized programming designed with you, the client in mind. Combining fun and education, I take great pride in watching clients confidently execute new movements they never thought possible – all thanks to “training smarter to be stronger.
I also offer Fascial Stretch Therapy™, also called FST™, is a relaxing system of passive assisted stretching used to reduce pain, improve mobility, and increase performance and recovery. It is effective for everyone – including those with arthritis, mobility restraints or pain, or for athletes looking to get the most out of their workouts. While lying on a massage table, I gently perform assisted stretches that are based on a strong foundation of practice-based evidence and evidence-based research. These movements stretch multiple fascial lines underneath the skin – making FST™ more effective than self-stretching. Healthy circulation in your muscles, joints, arteries, veins, brain and spinal cord is largely dependent on optimal flexibility of your fascia. FST™ has been instrumental in helping my clients improve their quality of life!

I provide an intense level of personal One-on-One training; I customize my programs to match the abilities and goals of each client for real results.
