ELDOA is a revolutionary stretching and strengthening technique for the spine and joints of the body. The ELDOAs, developed by French Osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer, target every level of your spine to decompress and normalize the tension around each vertebrae. The result is renewed strength and balance throughout your body.
ELDOA is a French acronym that translates to Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation, which essentially means "spinal decompression". The ELDOA method consists of postural exercises (LOADS) that target specific joints and work to decompress, relieve pain, and restore function and balance.
The ELDOA method is great for joint and spine health, blood flow, cardiovascular delivery, respiratory function, and proprioception, as well as muscle tone, awareness, and endurance. It provides many health benefits, including:

Fusion ELDOA Classes
Classes start with an assessment then based on the findings and needs of the participants ELDOA positions are selected. ELDOA positions target 3 key areas of the spine: neck, upper back and lower back. Classes are about 60 minutes long and all you need is comfortable clothing and a bottle of water. Classes have max 10 participants and cost $40 hst included per class.

warm up respecting the biomechanics of the joints and spine
Rotation of Myofascial Stretches according to fascial chain relations
Series of ELDOAs varying in progressions and intensity
Cool down including normalization of the gravity line
