What amenities does the studio have:
We have shower washrooms that are fully stocked with towels, fine soaps, hair dryers, mirrors, and many other toiletries. The studio also supplies tote bins for corporate clients.
Do I need running shoes:
Some people prefer to workout in bare feet, so shoes are optional.
When I go for an assessment what should I bring to wear:
In order to do a proper assessment it is recommended that you wear shorts above the knee and a sports bra for women. Men can wear a T shirt that can be removed for the plumb line assessment.
Will I be sharing the space with lots of other people:
The studio is a semi private environment so we respect that clients come here to get the highest level of one on one service. Having a trainer in this environment is like having a fat kid on a smartie (They will be watching your every move and will correct and adjust what isn’t safe)…
What forms of payment do you take:
We take Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash, or cheque.
Do I need to bring my own water:
The studio has an Aqua King Reverse Osmosis water filtration system which leaves the water free of all trace elements. We then add Celtic sea salt which has minerals in it to give the water a proper PH balance of 7.1 or slightly greater. You are free to fill a water bottle for the road.
Do you carry supplements and products at your studio:
We only carry the essentials that people need. Essential Fatty Acids, Living Fuel, Living fuel bars, and organic coconut oil.
Are the massage therapists registered:
Our massage therapists are registered and can provide receipts for insurance or company rebates.
Are your trainers certified:
All the trainers at the studio carry multi certifications that are recognized in Canada and around the world.
What time should I eat before training:
You should eat at least 90 min before you train. Your meal should be protein at 25-30% and good carbs (lots of green vegetables) at 70-75%. Make sure you are well hydrated with water. A hotdog and a pop just won’t cut it, and cereal with Soya milk is not much better.
